TaxPlus Accountants is owned and run by Caron Gilks who has 18 years private practice accountancy experience.
Caron started her career working for a local Chartered Accountancy firm Holland & Co in Street, Somerset as a junior and left 10 years later as an ‘Accounts and Tax Senior’. Here she gained a wealth of knowledge in all accounting and tax areas whilst studying and became a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2003. After a short time at Chalmers HB in Wells, Somerset Caron went onto help run and become the ‘Accountant’ at the Bridgwater and Cheddar Branches for a nationwide accountancy franchise.
Caron is a down to earth, approachable accountant who is a fully Licensed and Regulated AAT Member in Practice.
